libcgal9 software package provides C++ library for computational geometry, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgal9
libcgal9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgal9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgal9 *
You will get with libcgal9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
